
Wayne Richard Pope is a Michigan-based photographer inspired by the state’s diverse landscapes and wildlife. He has 30 years of experience as a photojournalist for newspapers and magazines, and 20 years teaching digital photography to adults at the college level. A Michigan Master Gardener, he enjoys photographing plants and flowers, with favorite locations including the MSU Horticulture Garden and 4-H Children’s Garden at Michigan State University. He also leads nature photography workshops, including sessions focused on desert landscapes. Pope’s work reflects a lifelong commitment to observing and documenting the natural world.
